Celebration Station meets every Thursday night from 6:30 PM to 9PM at OKC First! Celebration Station is a children’s program that mirrors Celebrate Recovery’s large group teaching schedule and curriculum plan. Designed for children from Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade, Celebration Station teaches CR’s Eight Recovery Principles which are based on the Beatitudes (Matthew 5:3-10). Kids will learn the same principles the adults are learning at Celebrate Recovery, but on their own age-appropriate level.

 

The goal of Celebration Station is simple: to end the need for Celebrate Recovery in the future with this generation of children! Rather than recovery, we call it “pre-covery!” We want to prepare kids to deal with any kind of hurt, habit or hang-up that they may encounter as they mature. With God’s help, these precious children will learn to express their feelings in a positive, healthy manner rather than slip into a cycle of dysfunction.
